Higher travel bookings lift revenue

The acquisition of Classic Vacations added to quarterly revenue and strengthened TBO Tek’s position in the premium leisure travel segment. Ongoing investments in platform upgrades aimed at faster, simpler bookings also supported growth.
In Q4 FY26 the company reported a Gross Transaction Value (GTV) of ₹10,079 crore, indicating sustained demand across its global network. The Q1 results suggest travel demand has remained resilient despite uneven economic conditions worldwide.
Profit uptick amid expansion
Net profit rose to ₹83.4 crore even as the company continued spending on expansion and integration of Classic Vacations. Higher booking volumes and disciplined cost control helped preserve margins.
